Refund Policy

Please contact us if any of the following was the case at the product delivery:
Product arrived damaged: If the product was damaged during shipping, we will accept returns. However we require photos of the broken parts and the packaging.
Product is missing parts: If the product arrived with defective or missing parts, we can send you replacement parts. If the missing or defective parts are stopping your product from working, we will then consider an exchange.
Wrong item was sent: If you were sent incorrect items we will gladly exchange it with the original order.
The product is defective/does not work: If the product you received does not work, please call our Technical support team and we will first attempt to troubleshoot it. If the problem persists, we can accept a return.

We will not accept returns in the following cases

The product arrived late: We can not guarantee delivery timelines due to the weight and the nature of our products. As such, we will not accept late delivery as an excuse for product return.
Change of mind: A lot of effort is put into the product we deliver. We won’t return a product based on a change of mind.
The product does not match the description : The descriptions on our website are indicative. Some metadata and information may not match the product experience you receive.
The product does not seem authentic: All our products authentic. We won’t return a product based on opinion on authenticity.
The product is defective/does not work: If the product you received does not work, please call our Technical support team and we will first attempt to troubleshoot it. If the problem persists, we can accept a return.
The product does not fit my shop: Please ensure you contact us if you are unsure the product you are interested. We won’t claim responsibility for products that do not fit your space.
