The TIDC-91W-N Ice Cream Turbo Air Dipping Cabinet is the largest model available from Turbo Air with enough space to display 16 standard 3-gallon ice cream tubs and have an additional 12 stored at the ready. All the ice cream on display will be cooled at the ideal serving temperature between -10°F and 8°F to make sure it has the best texture. Tubs won’t be partially molten at the top and completely frozen at the bottom thanks to the Cold Wall System that Turbo Air uses this makes sure the texture of ice cream is consistent from top to bottom. Removing frost buildup inside the cabinet is made extremely easy with PE coated removable magnetic frost shields.
Customers will be able to easily see all the flavors available with the contemporary curved glass front. This glass provides excellent visibility of the product and ideal viewing while dipping. The entire interior is evenly lit with bright LED interior lighting that runs cool and does not require replacement or maintenance for many years.
A 1 HP refrigeration unit beneath the cabinet efficiently cools the cabinet and requires almost no maintenance thanks to its ⅕” condenser pin gaps with an electrodeposition coating. Turbo Air claims this allows the condenser to go 5 years without cleaning which saves on downtime and maintenance costs.
