Designed with a stainless steel exterior and insulated stainless steel lid, it is easy to keep clean and hygienic at all times.

A fully automatic controller and constant digital display ensures precise temperatures, and the unit is supplied with 16 1/6GN (100mm deep) polycarbonate pans (lids sold separately) as well as two large shelves (425mm x 538mm). A heavy duty compressor keeps the internal temperature down even with ambient temperatures as high as 32°C. Always ensure you maintain a 20cm gap between the machine and the wall to allow the ventilation system to work effectively. Do not place the unit directly next to a heat source.
