With a built-in chopping or preparation board, this is a fantastic all-round servery unit that is perfect for sandwich bars, buffets, pizzerias or delicatessens. The gastronorm tray configuration can be adjusted according to your needs, and it is equally practical both in the kitchen or front of house in self-service areas. Please note – this prep fridge’s maximum ambient temperature is 32°C. GN pans are sold separately.
