The Ercolina is a Divider and Rounder for pizza and bread. Speed, Accuracy and great results are assured with Ercolina Plus, making it suitable for High Production applications. It allows the user to Accurately Portion their raw dough into small portions and using an advanced oscillating plate, subsequently roll each piece to obtain balls of the same weight and shape, all within a few seconds. The Ercolina Plus SA is a Full semi Automatic Dough Dividing & Rounding machine where the opening times of the moulding chamber are controlled using a control panel, and only the rounding is carried out through a lever.
