Semak Eco Roast Gas Rotisseries are the most efficient and economical way to roast chicken on the market. Boasting low power and gas usage, the Eco Roast cooks up to 36 chickens at once for a fraction of the cost to run a traditional electric rotisserie or Combi oven.

Producing juicy, tender, and home style chickens, the Eco Roast gives you mouth-watering chicken perfection every time. With a durable stainless steel body construction, the Semak Eco Roast is not only built to last, but is also attractive and easy to clean.

Cleaning: We recommend the D92 Johnson Diversey non-caustic cleaner. This is a heat activated cleaner designed to lift the worst grease and grime off stainless steel so that you can maintain the oven in sparkling as new condition. Simply unload the machine, spray the oven with cleaner and allow to sit for 10-20 minutes and wipe out with hot soapy water. Cleaned according to a HACCP Program cleaning takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
